II. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT:
2.1 The RENTER should read carefully and confirm the acceptance of the clauses of the
present contract by signing it.
2.2 The RENTER should declare and prove with original legal documents that he fulfills all
the conditions written in this contract, and he does not try to mislead the LESSOR (OWNER).
This clause from the contract is sustained by the RENTER’S (CLIENT’S) signature.
III. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
3.1 The object of the contract: the rental by a person / company, named RENTER (CLIENT) of a vehicle on a determined period of time with the purpose of traveling within the territory of Romania, concerning a personal or a company reason, from a specialized company - “Rent a Car” activities authorized, named LESSOR (OWNER)
